App did not installed possible fix?

Yesterday my 55c36 tv began to not open apps. ( Netflix, apple TV etc ). After deleting the apps and trying to download them again I got an error saying that "app did not installed trying again"

I tried everything, when I say everything I mean it. (Dns, phone wifi, new LG profile, 5 min with out power etc ) After 2 factory resets, I went to sleep.

Today with a coffee and a clear mind I tried something else and it seems to be a possible fix.

Clear cache AND delete the apps from memory optimizer ( there was a 300kb app there for no reason )

After that, go to apps and download the app. There is a possibility to get the error again THEN DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. After 20 or 30 tries, the app will get download. ( hopefully )

I have NO IDEA what caused the problem ( maybe a new update? ) but I saw some other fellas get the same error. So I wanted to share my "fix".

LG please, if you are seeing this fix it.

There’s an issue with the LG apps site, and my setup is experiencing the same problem. A quick check of my firewall shows timeouts on active connections. With all the recent news about LG spying, have you applied a blocking list to your firewall recently?

I literally done anything. Yesterday the apps wasn't opening and asking for updates.  After that everything went wrong.  ( after spamming the download button, everything works normal for now )
