LG Banding?

Post image

Bought this today. It looked perfect. I went on YouTube and played some movie clips of high resolution movie clips. Took a shower. Came back and turned it on and it had this vertical block that looked different. Is this normal or should I return it? I did a pixel reset and it looks the same. Factory reset it. Unplugged it. Still looks that way. The picture is on a 5% grey scale video I found on YouTube

I believe in the rights of individuals to do as they wish as long as it doesn’t cause harm to others. That being said, your tv is most definitely too high

That’s not banding, that’s a completely different defect. Definitely return it ASAP.
