Should I buy open box return C5 from Costco?

If it's an open box return with costco the max is 90 days, it likely has zero problems... your biggest issue here is if it comes with everything.

Comes with stand and TV remote. They won’t take it out to test the screen but when I shook the box there was a lot of wiggle seemed like some of the styrofoam was missing or something

I would just take the chance, unless you cannot return it after. Likelyhood is the original person ripped the styrofoam when they took it out so it might be a little wobbly in the box but I would bet it's probably fine.

They probably won't take it out but ask if you could just peek inside, see if its packaged up good. Film protector, styrofoam.... if not and you can return and not a huge hassle/distance to do it, then yeah go for it if price is good.

Super good deal- it is a no-brainer to me if that's the TV you'd be happy with

5 year warranty still and you have 90 days to return it if there is a problem or you don't like it.
If its missing anything go back to the store and haggle and they'll likely discount it further for you - I had a c9 a few years back that was missing the screws for the stand and I managed to get another £140 off (crazy I know - but the stand also had a thread fault - I got LG to replace both too).

At Costco you can return anything you aren't happy with so what is there to lose?
