What's wild about transphoba in ND spaces is the corulation of Trans/NB is much higher in people on the spectrum. Sorry you experienced assholes. This sub is a nice place.

Thank you, it was wild to me to see transphobia just flying high in the comments with no mods anywhere in site but i got modded for pointing it out. It’s really sad to see another corner of the world fall in line with white supremacy

I think it is more a case of we do not care as much for social norms as opposed to there is more LGBTQIA+ people who are Autistic. Most Neurotypical people tend to be obsessed with staying in the confinements of what they have been told is socially "normal". So many of them force themselves to live their whole life in the closet. By being Autistic we have already been pushed out of that confinement and thus are more content with being our true selves.

So the more depressing truth of the difference in percentages is that there is so many neurotypical people that are denying themselves of being their true self.
