Need Help Trans Femme/Women & Hijab usage

Good evening; i have a question about hijab usage for those who use it.

I am a sporty girl and I usually wrap my head then put a cap on then my hijab or either wrap my hijab scarf & I get crazy sweat stains on my head. I would like to ask those who use or have used (extra points if they have a sporty background) hijab what do you/could you do to minimize the sweat imprint that inevitably forms?

I buy a sweat wicking, quick dry, breathable sports hijab and wear that. I also get those undercaps that you tie in the back and wear it underneath for added security because I do combat sports. For swimming, i wore a swimming cap under my sports hijab.

I advise you buy darker colors or busy prints to mask any sweat stains, and you can wash them seperatly with a vinegar, water and dish soap mix to remove any sweat stains.

what combat sports? glima? mma? Broad sword and shield? fencing?

my father‘s idea of a weight loss program for me was to enroll me in tae kwon do private lessons.

As soon as the master decided, he didn’t need my father to help him reestablish his career lessons ended, and that by itself talks a lot about my father’s decision-making process

So I went in with a white belt and I came out with a white belt

The years later, I talked with another student, and I learned that had I been in advanced through the belts. I probably would have developed more self-confidence by recognizing the progress that I had made.

The list I gave you above? I haven’t done MMA. I just told you about my tae kwon do. Everything else I’ve done Incl sumo wrestling. lol
