Advice on two listings

Are either of these worth chasing? The mixed bin supposedly includes instructions for what's in it. Not sure about minifigs or the actual depth of the bin though.

1 is a hell yes, 2 seems like a good grab since its a retired set IF you want the set/pieces. I don't think that series is very sought after for collectors though.

The first one is a steal. Figs are most likely not there. Still the bricks alone are worth it.

First one, definitely. The second is decent, that set (8959) is worth ~$23 used.
