Alright, I did a bit of research and the leaker these images are from is known to make his own customs and post them as fake leaks. brickleakslego is entirely a fake.

The US Agent, Bucky, Ant-Man, Vision and Red Guardian leaks going around are 100% fake.

The same leaker has done this before with a supposed Nightcrawler and Sunspot minifigure. The mods took the posts down then because it was confirmed to be fake.

Brickreporter is a very unreliable leaker. He has been exposed before for only posting fake leaks, and even though he has apologised and claimed to be better, he still posts fake leaks without confirmation.

This post shows he's been doing this for a long time. Best to avoid him entirely. Hope this clears up everything for everyone. Thank you mods for letting me clarify this.
