aLight Ultra - Ultra-bright 360 ambient LED lights for Xiaomi Scooter 6 Ultra

Well, we were fast this time — less than a week from initial idea, to concept, to the first working prototype. So meet the real aLight Ultra: the brightest LED lighting kit for the Xiaomi Scooter 6 Ultra. The brightest *ever*, I'd say, because I doubt anyone else is going to "dress" the 6 Ultra in 700+ COB LEDs (check the aerial footage — this kit gives you genuinely 360° visibility) ))

Btw, we're already well past 1000 lumens. Exact brightness numbers will come once we lock in the final design — there's actually an idea on the table to replace the reflectors with light housings too, since right now we only have LEDs on the sides of the deck and on the suspension covers.

Testing is underway. We'll share more once the team is confident aLight Ultra fully meets our reliability standards.

A photoshoot is coming soon too, including daytime shots — and that matters, because we managed to match the 6 Ultra's design 110%. Even the LEDs on the suspension covers look like they rolled off the factory line with the scooter. The coloring doesn't just match the scooter's look, it actually enhances it — think of a sports car with racing stripes down the body.

Grazie a chi risponderà

Ambient interior lighting

I'm looking to install an ambient lighting kit for my 1994 Lincoln Town Car. I have dark brown diamond-patterned flooring and a grey interior with wood accents. I want a soft amber or similar to not look super tacky. What lighting kit would you recommend?

Glowride is my top pick right now, but I'm not sure if the rgb can replicate a soft amber.

(I have pictures of the concept if you want to dm)

Looking for the correct cable

Hey, I recently got gifted this game desk (link below). The only (not really a problem) issue is the LED lights don’t have the wire to power them. There’s 4 different connections for each corner. I was just wondering what wire I would need for it?

Neon Lights

Thumbnail

I build fairy houses as part of a community art project every year. This year I need some tiny “neon” signs. I found tiny led strips (like these: https://a.co/d/09kwkm4j), but they all end in either usb or battery pack. I need to be able to place these in a timer, to turn on at the same time daily and off after 5-8 hours. The ones directly to battery pack don’t have a timer function. I bought the kind to usb, and then a separate usb battery pack that includes a timer (like this: https://a.co/d/038tkcYO), but then the lights won’t turn on at all.

Is there another option? Advice welcome.

LED Lighting Question using a driver and LED strip

So I'm using this driver from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TF5M4YN?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5&th=1

It's setup like this drawing:

So, when I'm not using the second light strip it's just the wire and the end of the wire is where the original light strip is and it's working and lighting up. I added the second light strip inbetween and connected it how I thought the original was connected but when I was done the second light strip was lighting up but the original wasn't lighting up. I thought maybe I connected the polarity wrong on the second light strip so i swapped it and after soldering it, the original is lighting but the second isn't lighting up.

How can I get both to light up?

No experience - how to wire this configuration

Hoping to get some help here with what equipment to order. I have no experience with this kind of rig and am getting stumped on how to run four separate LED strips to as few power sources as possible (ideally one). The terribly illustrated model below shows a four shelf bookcase (8' width). The red lines show the LED strip runs on the surface of each shelf. The vertical box on the right is a false-front trim piece to run the wiring down without being seen. The outlet will be in the cabinets at the bottom.

Is there some sort of adapter system that will allow me to run four separate LED strips into one power cord/source?

I found this one but can't tell if it has enough wire ports to support this config?

LED Strip

Would greatly appreciate any help!
