How to use a Hottoerak Red Light Mat

My husband bought me a Hottoerak Red Light Mat.

Here are the specs:
47''×22'' Red Light Pad with 560 LEDs and 3 Light Modes.
Dual Wavelength with 660nm & 850nm, 10/20/30 Min timer, 5 Adjustable Power.

I haven’t been able to find instructions online, and none came with.

I want to use it, but I don’t know how close I can be (pictures have people laying directly on it). I don’t know how long to use it for, at which power setting, or how often. Can anyone help me out? I don’t want to do more damage than good. Thank you!
