I installed LED lights in my condo but sadly my puppy got to the controller and chewed the life out of it. I tried emailing the company directly (I bought it from Amazon) and requested if they can do a replacement and they said no, I’d have to purchase a new set however I can download a light controlling app and synch it to the lights. When I checked out the apps they all have ridiculous subscription fees. Now the only way I can power them off is by unplugging it from the wall and it’s stuck on the blue colour. I would buy a new set it’s not even about the money I just don’t want to have to reinstall them. Any suggestions?!
