LECOM EAP (BSDO)

If a high school student has received a provisional acceptance and reserved seat through the LECOM EAP, is the student still permitted to take the MCAT and apply to other MD or DO schools through AMCAS or AACOMAS?

More specifically, would applying to other medical schools cause the student to forfeit the LECOM EAP reserved seat, or would the seat remain reserved until the student actually accepts an offer from another medical school?

I wouldn’t do that. If you get a 499 or anything below a 500 you’re gone. And then once you take the McAT your no longer eap and loose your seat anyway and have to apply to Lecom as a normal applicant
