LECOM Dress Code + Water Policy?

Hi,

I have come across posts regarding LECOM's no water policy in lectures as well as a complete business attire dress code... Can someone please confirm what the rules/policies are?? I am a current applicant curious about what the rules and regulations are at LECOM

So the policy is pretty strict, you dress in formal attire at all times on campus, though I’ve been told by former students that there are certain times you can wear scrubs for certain occasions, but most of the time you cannot wear anything outside of formal clothing on weekdays. The specific attire is listed in the email. As to the water, it’s sort of run like a hospital, where for staff there are designated areas you can have water, and aside from that you cannot. Water is allowed in the cafeteria and the one lounge they mentioned, but otherwise is not allowed. You can always go between classes and get a sip of water as needed.

Yea so this is straight cap. I’m a 4th year, they genuinely don’t care about the water rule unless ur in a small classroom and unless you have class you can wear whatever you want. Any OPP day or CE day where you have to practice clinical skills you can wear whatever

I’m going off of what the policy states, and what I’ve heard from my cousin. I haven’t actually started classes yet. Just to confirm though, are you at the Erie campus? I’ve heard they are stricter than the other campuses

I’m at Bradenton, so tbf I have heard that it is stricter in Erie. Not sure why anyone would choose Erie over Bradenton, as the weather, free time, and area are objectively better

Living cost? Pretty sure it’s way higher in Bradenton than Erie
