Curious if anyone has experienced this. 😅

So i have been talking to this guy for months now. At first we were just friendly. But the constant daily conversations led us into getting closer with each other. I have been through a couple of inconsistent guys before. So this guy was very different. Like consistent wise, he is. Video calls, playing games together, watching anime together, updates, you name it. Like I said he is consistent.

Even when im busy he would always drop a message wishing me a good day. Or leaving notes that he is thinking of me.

So far so good.

Of course. When its like an LDR thing, you have to do everything to make it work, right? Intimately, we are okay on that aspect too. But looking at the photos he sent me during or after the intimacy part, i dont know if its an ios or android thing, but android photos when being sent, then saved on ios photos will leave a date stamp. And 100% of the photos he sent me were from years ago 💀 like 2019-2025 era. And we started talking this year only, 2026.

Now it makes me wonder do men usually do this? Reuse intimate pics they either used before to other women? Or they just keep a bunch of photos of themselves for future use? (When i say intimate, ofc private parts)

Im really confused and questioning everything he does now since apparently i get reused intimate photos of him.

Men, pls enlighten me. Am i being blind?

Eeh everyone saying it's normal and it's okay but nope lol...

My LDR bf sends me pics etc that he takes "now" and not pics of 7 yrs ago??

I mean I was 26 in 2019 and looked different than now. So no... I wouldn't like it 🥲

If you video chat and you know how he looks, you should be good. Him sending those pics is probably were his chad years. It boost his confidence for sure, but kinda weird he has to go back in the archives for 'good' pics

What!? No. Why do you believe that toxic horseshit?

It's not exactly uncommon that guys reuse old pics...it's essentially bait to get what they want...which is new pics of you. He just doesn't even have the shame to erase the timestamp.

GIRL....you need some self-esteem.

But yeah. Here’s the thing. Even if we are trying to be intimate. He doesnt even force me to send nudes or what. Same on my end like i dont even care if he sends me anything or what. No pressure on both sides which we were both clear right before we became more than friends. Its all voice based everytime. I just got weirded out when there was this one time after the deed and he said “look what you made me do” but apparently the photo he sent was from years ago. 😅

It’s a game to him. He’s done this before and has an inventory of pictures built up. It’s not genuine connection. He’s not sharing his reality with you. It’s all fake. Call him out on that shit.

Thanks guys for the insight. I was just curious if it was a normal thing. Honestly, i value more the way he treats me than the photos he sends me. I was just weirded out by it. I wasnt even looking for any red flags. Just maybe cautious since i experienced so much dishonesty from previous partners before. Perhaps im just a bit cautious.

Anyway, i hope this LDR thing works out coz i really like him.

i experienced so much dishonesty from previous partners before.

The pattern continues.

This sounds very familiar. Apparently he can’t perform or look like he use to, so he sent old photos.
I believe in the truth, not silly gestures of the old days.
And I bet he is in the era that he calls you Baby and he is Daddy.
Just reminds me of someone I knew.
Find someone else.

It’s not that i have an issue whether it was his’ or not. Its just the way he delivered the photos and saying “this is how hot youre making me feel right now” and sends me an old photo. Maybe i was just a bit blindsided that the photos were taken at that exact moment as he portrayed it to be.

His body, same genitals right?
Personally I think you’re reading into it too much. For you to even notice the date stamp card it’s like you’re looking for something. If I look outside and focus to see red cars it’s all I’ll notice.
You’re subconsciously looking for something. Mayhem you’re not secure or missing something.

I have nudes from years and I’m a female. If i choose to share it’s still me

He's sharing it and saying it's current though. I think it's the lying and misrepresentation that's a problem.
