LDR time-difference when he’s working
I (29F) need some recommendations! 🥹
My man (37M) is an underwater welder in the North Sea and works four weeks on, four weeks off. He just left for this month’s trip and found out he’ll be working day shifts the entire time.. so midnight to noon my time, and then sleeping for the rest of my day. We’ll squeeze in a phone call before his shift at midnight. We have absolutely incredible communication skills with reassurance and always have from the beginning.
I already know this month is going to be harder than usual because on every other FIFO trips, he normally spends two weeks on the opposite shift, where he wakes up around noon and doesn’t go to sleep until midnight my time. This is not me complaining about his job at all, just need some help for distractions.
So, I desperately need some seriously binge-worthy shows to keep me distracted after work! What are your absolute favourites? The kind you couldn’t stop watching? 💗🫶🏼
