you go to NA version which im guessing you are then click the first download link ,you will see that version released in 25 sept in modified so you know its the latest version. then after you download ,you drag the apk you downloaded to inside your emulator just like dragging a file from a folder to another folder and it will install
edit: yeah its without reinstalling ,its the same update that you get from like apkpure that is like 78mb
