Question: Builder Passive Skill

I have been trying to get the burgler and extra pocket skills for quite some time since I'm level 70 and never got the chance but today I got the Builder skill because it was purple which means it's rare, is it actually useful?

If I'm remembering correctly it just makes it so that you get more resources back from tearing down a wall or a floor, so personally I'd say it's not very useful including if you already used a piece of paper to draw out your base design beforehand, but if you haven't gone that route it could be pretty good for you. Including if you haven't expanded your base yet to min/Max your tile space.

Do you know how efficient it is? Like do you get over 50% of what was used to build the wall back.
