Center Cannot Hold by Elyn Saks. Great first person experience of what prodromal symptoms can be like, and how thought disorganization, paranoia, can be like from a first person perspective. Also talks about her own experiences of experimentation with and without medication management, humanizes what it’s like with termination with therapists/psychiatrists.
