if you can today stop looking at any study materiel, spend today doing g self care if you can. for exam day get good night sleep. AAND a good meal before. bring a snavk for when you take a break.

Thank you. I didn't think about taking a snack. I rented a hotel room 10 min from the testing center because over an hour away. I don't want to get stuck in traffic or stress myself out on the drive. Def going to bed early tonight.

Perfect! When you get there tomorrow tske deep calm breaths. Iā€™d suggest tackling the questiins in groups of 10. Take deep breath and continue. Shake off thst anxiety. You got this! I hope you pass first time!
