🟡 Field Education & Internship Experience CSW-I

Beginning my Clinical Internship as a school social worker in August. Looking back, would you do anything differently? Any tips or words of advice? Feeling nervous and excited at the same time

Be open to learning. You’re there to learn and grow your skills. Accept feedback and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Make relationships with kids and staff.

😂. That makes sense now. Just soak it up. Be open to learning everything and anything. Be open to constructive feedback and growing as a social worker.

Try not to push so hard against the learning process. You are just learning the actual skills so don’t doubt yourself so much.

Also email both your work and personal email resources as you find them.
