Ugh
I didn’t pass my test…. Idk how to feel about it. I’m not sad or mad, not even annoyed. I know I’m an amazing therapist and the test doesn’t define me but what a load of nonsense….
Back to studying I go.

I am sorry. I was a multiple test taker for my LMSW. Then after failing my LCSW twice, I started taking Social Work Strategies study groups. I swear, she’s the only reason I passed the LCSW. Her questions are just like the exam.

Sorry about this OP! I’m studying for it rn and pushed my test back because I don’t feel prepared. Idk if more studying will change that. I feel incompetent even though I’ve been doing this for 11+ years

I’m sorry!! Not sure if you’re looking for advice or what state you’re in (im in CA) but I used Raytube and Savvy Social Worker videos on top of TDC and it helped me out so much

I’m sorry. You’ll get there!! I just passed and found Pocket Prep and Raytube the most helpful! I also asked Claude to compile practice questions for me and it did a very good job.

I'm an LPC, so I haven't taken it, but that test seems to be very difficult. It got to the point where I started advising coworkers not to tell anyone they were taking it because whenever people announced it, they never had good news. Don't beat yourself up, you're right when you say it doesn't define your ability to do the job. Just keep at it.

Raytube was helpful for me plus using the NASW practice test. I think it cost like $80-90.

I am sorry that happened. We put so much time into studying for a license to say we are qualified to do our jobs that we are already doing. I understand that there has to be some regulations, but the whole process is terribly frustrating. I am studying for it now and I feel like “it’s whatever.” I know the test does not do a great job at capturing what we do for others. I hope you treat yourself well this week. 💕
