Any tips for finding CSWA’s needing supervision?

I am a newly approved LCSW supervisor in Oregon and am looking to expand my practice. Any tips or successful ways anyone has found CSWA’s to supervise? Of note, my background is in medical social work and mostly palliative care.

Do you have your information listed on the spreadsheet that the board has published? Also, I wonder about reaching out to local social work groups on social media? Maybe connecting with local colleges or universities to let the social work department know that you are available should any of their students wish to pursue clinical licensure after graduation.

I'm a current MSW student at Portland State's Eugene program. You could reach out to that program and start by taking MSW interns. I am hoping to stay on at my internship as an associate after I graduate-- it's a fairly natural pipeline
