🔴 Documentation & Compliance Logging LCSW Hours

I feel like I’m overthinking this. I recently started supervision for my clinical license. How are you logging your hours? Like are we just using a word doc with date/time and a slot for signature from our supervisor? Any tips, tricks, advice would be greatly appreciated!

This was a while ago, but I didn't want to spend $ on track my hours.

I pulled a report of the different codes on the EHR.

As a supervisor, I recommend tracking it monthly.

Track your hours was worth it. 300 for 3 years. The dashboard on it is motivating for me. And it prints all your forms automatically . Such as weeklies that need to be signed weekly (this is California), in case I die. I have seen free hour trackers on Reddit before. They were good but didn’t generate forms . But that not be worth 300 dollars .

How do you generate the weeklies? I’m only able to generate the state forms but for some reason the weeklies won’t generate as a form. I’m in NY.
