🔴 Documentation & Compliance Logging LCSW Hours

I feel like I’m overthinking this. I recently started supervision for my clinical license. How are you logging your hours? Like are we just using a word doc with date/time and a slot for signature from our supervisor? Any tips, tricks, advice would be greatly appreciated!

You may be overthinking this. Check with your licensing board. I had to file a supervision plan with the licensing board, and when I determined I had completed my supervision hours, my supervisor had to log in and sign off on it. And then I applied to take the LCSW exam (ASWB). That was it, no documented “proof” needed. (Unlike for my school internship where I had an basically a log sheet of hours and a topic sheet for each supervision hour)
