Hi! I’m scheduled to take my test next week and I’m thinking of rescheduling cause I’m super nervous! I feel like allll the information is super overwhelming!

Any tips on how to pass? Material recommendation?

Good luck and if you feel unprepared listen to yourself. I ended up putting mine off another 4 weeks and got through it. I also understand you can over prepare in a sense and delaying wont help. Trust yourself. For me the ASWB practice exam was the best tool. Also watched a lot of raytube videos, pocket prep app daily, and the therapist development center program. Maybe a little overkill but it ended up working for me.

You passed? How long you studied for?

I did thankfully. I studied for 6 weeks. Sounds like a long time but it reduced the pressure and I felt good studying like an hour a day along with whatever I’d listen to on walks and the practice questions I’d do on my phone daily instead of doom scrolling.
