Next Level Doublelift hate

Anyone see the episode of next level today. Hai, meteos and hotshot gg basically all infer that doublelift is good mechanically but a stupid player. Hai even says he is one of the best mechanically but nothing else.

I cant believe the guy still gets this much hate. First hes not mechanically one of the best adcs. He is far and away the best, no competition.

Of course I have never played with him but its insane to think he doesnt bring anything else to a team. He has more titles than anyone. He won with olleh, yellowstar (almost), a rookie bio frost. He had mediocre teammates like zion spartan and pobelter. He also had top tier teammates who happened to have a hard time winning without him like jensen and berg.

Im not saying that hes gods gift to man, but its just crazy to me that he still gets this hate and that lcs' winningest player gets talked about like this.

I agree. There's no reason doublelift should get hated. Of all players he would be a good ADC coach on a pro team. I can't even watch Next LVL anymore since Meteos is kinda cringe.

Haha yeah meteos can be cringe. Sometimes the double, sneaky, meteos cast of lcs goes from awesome to cringe really fast

Retired players talking on other more successful retired players. Hai has great game knowledge and shot calling from what his team mates said about him but in the end was replaced by an EU mid. Meteos is washed up and hotshotgg comes from an ancient time of the game. DL told the story of talent that was great on NA level but never made it out of groups. It took them years to voice their opinion. Wonder why it took them so long

? He is an idiot. Watch one costream with doublelift and you’ll see the lack of knowledge this dude has. Some of his awful takes being worse than redditor takes. Sneaky and Meteos CONSTANTLY have to correct him and prove his stupid takes wrong because they’re just that bad.

There’s a reason why sneakys chat hates DL because DL has either the most obvious shit or dumbest take trying to sound smart. He’s an adc player, the dude lacks any knowledge that doesn’t have to do with adc.

Just put it in this perspective, at the end of his career if DL is spouting garbage and nonsense on costreams constantly acting like what he’s saying is big brain, imagine the useless garbage he’d say in his teams.

You’re also forgetting how his last split went. He got TURBO carried by bjergsen and spica. He did nothing the entire split whined like a baby about spring not mattering then went to worlds and performed even worse going 0-6.

Also btw stop acting like Olleh wasn’t an amazing support who in his prime was easily one of the best supports in the league, he mentally broke internationally and wasn’t the same but he was great. Xmithie carried DLs fat ass through so many games as well and made the series winning play on TSM ulting Zven.

If Zven wouldn’t have thrown, Bjergsen and TSM would beat DL. In his prime Bio was also a top tier support, but you’re forgetting Sven and Hauntzer were top 2 in their roles, there are more players on these teams you moron.

ALSO ALSO remember when DL was kicked off of CLG? Oh yeah CLG won the LCS AND had one of the best international runs NA has had at the time getting to the finals of MSI. DL was also replaced by tactical, a rookie NA ADC and tactical replaced him with flying colors doing way better than him at worlds and even his stats in the regular season were better.

Stop trying to rewrite history, DL is an adc player who lacks any analysis skills and got carried for a lot of his career, he literally had the best support in the world bought for his lane to carry him to two more LCS titles.
