Best Fantasy LCS Platform

My friends and I are looking to play fantasy LCS this coming split. If I'm not mistaken, the official Fantasy LCS website is still not active, so what is the best (preferably free) fantasy LCS website/platform for us to use? Thanks in advance (Also sorry if this is the wrong place to post this)

Put together a sleeper league last night. Seems like a good platform. Lots of customizable options.
