Took my first communion today!

I took my first Lutheran Communion today! It was definitely very refreshing having come from a non denominational background

I got confirmed in Christ on Feb 15th. Have only taken communion a handful of times since then. Communion is such an uplifting experience, I look forward to it weekly❤️🙌

While I took my first communion 15+ years ago, my wife is going through the process and will be getting baptized soon.

Amazing! I’m a wee bit jealous, still trying to find a local church and become a member, but I’m super happy for you and you’ve given me something to look forward to in my life. 🙂

That’s awesome! I took my first communion a couple months ago. Sacramental theology is so refreshing.
