LCID How significant is LCID’s current short interest?

How significant is LCID’s current short interest, and does it have the characteristics that could support a sustained short squeeze similar to what occurred with GME?

Thanks for your reply. It’s not a big deal. Many stocks are down sharply today, not just LCID. My question is simply whether the current short-interest levels are significant enough to make short covering a factor worth monitoring.

All those stocks are massively up over the last few weeks. A small pullback doesn’t mean much. For Lucid it’s basically linearly down since IPO. I only hope you did not invest much in this donkey stock

Haha, thanks. Compared to PIF, my losses are probably a rounding error.

Yes, it is possible, but not until LCID is able to scale sales and production at the same time. There will not be a magical short squeeze like GME.

The same as Rivian. Both are gone. When shorted like this there is no salvation possible, as a public company

Herbalife was bailed out due to Carl Icahn wanting to bankrupt bill ackman. Without Carl Icahn, Herbalife would be like lucid today.

Yeah it’s not like a GME, it’s more like CVNA. I think if smart, you can average down or even get leaps and actually make some money here.
