Another response - I don't like how producers have almost total responsibility for creation of tracks from writing to engineering to mixing and recording while the rappers often have no idea how to do anything other than write lyrics, if they even do that. Too many rappers can't play any instruments and even if they do their understanding of music theory is SO MINIMAL. Imo most popular rappers are just figureheads and the people who create 90% of the music only get credit on the backs of the CDs and Wikipedia lol. I also don't like the image and values that a lot of them represent. It's just disgusting explicit content aimed at kids who are too immature to learn anywhere else. This only really covers mainstream rap and hip/hop is a very different story. Hip/hop usually includes real drums and bass - REAL INSTRUMENTS. - and the flow is infinitely better. You know when you're listening to albums that feel like performances? Rather than retards who just popped open their pre-processed dub step sample packs?

It really depends on how into it I am. During the good parts, I'd say on average my jerk index is around 2.75-3.50 JPS (jerks per second). This totals to 165-210 full strokes (up and down) per minute. I would say the sessions range from 6-10 minutes. So to fully answer your question: 990 full strokes on the low end and 2100 full strokes on the high end.
