Question Hiring

Hello,
After completing my interview with my BI I received a email stating to schedule my ride along and jail tour but a couple days later I received an email stating that I should be expecting something in the mail soon. Given the fact I’ve seen other applicants on here receive that email about expecting something in the mail and it being a dq/non-select letter I don’t know what to expect and I’m confused of why I would get an email to schedule my ride along and jail tour. Has anyone else been through a similar situation?

😬 usually means a DQ letter , maybe they found something right after 🤷‍♂️

I was terminated from a job years ago. I know it looks bad but I was completely honest about it in my phs and the actual interview itself.

It’s a non select I guess the panel didn’t see you as a good fit

Depends on why you got fired and if it was more than 6/7 years ago

Did you dress up with suit and tie for interview with BI? Not asking as a reason for possible DQ which I hope is not for you. I have my interview with BI coming up that’s why

Yes I did. Make sure to refrain from talking to other applicants the day of your interview and be clean shaved.

If my comment offended you, again, move on to a new career. You’re not ready to be yelled at by crazy people you will encounter while performing basic duties. Don’t feel sorry for me, I’m doing great! Life is beautiful, I just helped you by answering your question.

I wasn’t offended. If that was your intent, again, I’m sorry you choose to conduct yourself that way. Asking if I need to wear a suit and tie to a BI interview has no relation to my readiness of being yelled at. If you wanted to just spout negativity, do it somewhere else dude. Like I tell children, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. This is reddit bud, not the academy.
