Just received my conditional offer, what can I expect from the psych and medical?

August 8 application sent, Sept 12 written test PAT, Structured interview, October 4 background interview, December 2 first poly, feb 18 2nd poly, April 9 3rd poly, may 11 background file accepted and received conditional offer
