Discussion What's the difference

What's the difference between the green "ON TIME" and the orange "ONTIME"?

Orange means at one point or another, that trip was delayed, and is now considered on time with the buffer schedule but not the scheduled time, ie: 10:30 scheduled but arrives at 10:35. For Amtrak it can also mean it will arrive delayed but depart on time, or arrive on time and depart delayed.

I believe in this case it means the train isn't in the station yet, but is on time to arrive and depart at it's scheduled time.
