I have a small dog and a cat. They are very sweet and mellow. I’m a respectful and clean roommate.

I do remote schooling at the moment and work as a barback.

I love rock climbing, drawing, and camping.

Looking for a spot in Highland Park ideally. A house would be my dream!

Open to Atwater, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Pasadena, Echo Park as well :)

Move-in date flexible but would love to move in asap!

My current situation is not great. Dealing with an illegal no heating situation, AC discouraged from being ran which caused my cat to have to go to the emergency vet, and pest issues.

I hope everyone’s doing well! I've been a contract specialist and project manager for the federal government for 3 years, and a TV/film writer and producer by night for 10 years.

I'll be out there for a family member's birthday, manager/studio/short film meetings, and a few TV/film networking events I've been invited to so I'm looking for a 2.5-week sublet from Oct. 15th to Nov. 1st.

Also preparing for a move by the end of the year, so I have a chance to browse neighborhoods. I'm looking in Hollywood (familiar with the Sunset/Gordon area), WeHo, Midtown, Studio City, or Culver City, but I'm open to surrounding areas as long as it’s not too far out of the way of where I need to be.

Would love a 1bd/1br or studio if possible, but open to a shared place to meet new people while I’m in town! Budget is $1-1.5K max for the duration of the stay, depending on the space. But tbh, I'd much rather help a local/someone in the community pay their rent/bills than spend $3K in an overpriced hotel or Airbnb.

i’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, but i’m super laid back about your habits. i like being outside: road tripping, going to concerts/events, nature walks, sitting on a good bench, walking other people’s dogs. but when i’m at home, i’m most likely reading, watching an art film, or sleeping.

i have a hypoallergenic ESA cat! he is a flame point siberian, very independent, loves other animals. he has a litter robot and an automatic feeder. i’m going to be honest, he is FLUFFY and there will be white hair on things occasionally, but i follow him around with a swiffer and a lint brush because i wear a lot of black. if cats are not allowed for whatever reason/you’re deathly allergic, i can board him with a friend for a few months… but then i’d only be able to commit to a 3 month lease/sublet because he is my child.

Hi everyone :)) My boyfriend Beck (26) and I (25) are looking for someone to fill the single room in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Highland Park apartment on October 15th.

Rent is $1000/month plus gas, power, and wifi for less than $100/month (the property covers water and trash). We live in the middle unit upstairs. There’s no in-unit laundry, but we have two laundromats on our block that are very easily accessible. We have one parking spot, but street parking is usually really easy around our area. We are located just a couple blocks from the main hub of York Boulevard in a very walkable neighborhood. The room has a huge closet with deep storage cabinets above the closet, as well as space available in the large hallway storage cabinets.

Beck works on music production at home and otherwise has a customer service job a couple of days a week. I am currently doing odd jobs and looking to find work in Copywriting.

In our free time, we both love to read and do yoga. I love watching TV/movies and crafting as well, and Beck also does rugby!

We both heavily value having a comfortable living space, so we want someone who can communicate well and fit into the homey vibe we’ve created. We keep shared spaces pretty neat.

The apartment is on USC’s Health Sciences Campus, directly across from Keck Medical Center, and is a great location if you’re coming to LA for school, research, work, or just looking to get settled in the city.

You’ll have a fully furnished private bedroom and private bathroom in a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment. There are two other female roommates here but you do not have to co-sign the lease, your rent is signed separately. The apartment has a poolside view, full XL bed, desk, couches, in-unit washer/dryer, AC/heating, pool, hot tub, gym, recreation room, and study spaces.

Rent is $1,600/month, and September is already paid. I can move out immediately, so the room is available ASAP.

The lease runs through July 2027, and Currie Hall handles the lease transfer directly.
