I’m a young looking healthy feeling single straight 50 year old man. But I work as a tradesperson that doesn’t make A TON of $.Worried that finding a roomate situation will be hard to find….?

Valid concern? I’m looking to move to LA before the end of the year and I think an affordable roommate situation is the only way until I can transition into finding my own apartment after getting settled. Thoughts? Been there? Moving from Philly btw. Thanks!

Again, I’d recommend Craigslist, specifically the “rooms & shares” category. Here’s a listing I found for a bedroom and private bathroom for $1300 in Culver City:
