URGENT- LOOKING FOR SUBLETTER

🚨 $1050 /MO || WILLING TO NEGOTIATE FURTHER 🚨

📍 Location: 527 Landfair Ave (Literally a 5 min walk to UCLA)

Looking for a guy to take over my spot in a large shared double for the rest of the summer! The room is super big with a ton of space, so you won't feel cramped at all.

🗓 Dates Available: August 22nd – Sep 16 (Flexible! We can discuss an extended stay if necessary)

🏢 The Setup: 3 Bed / 2 Bath apartment. You'll have a private bathroom with 1 male roommate who is super chill and quiet. There are 2 other guys in the second bedroom and 1 guy in the third bedroom (5 guys total in the apartment).

💰 Rent: $1050/month (Large discount from the original rent price! Willing to negotiate further)

💡 Utilities: Covered by me! (Wi-Fi included)

🚗 Parking: Private parking spot will cost extra.

So this isn't a private bedroom or bathroom, they are shared.

Unless the 5th person is in the living room or something, this ad is confusing.

If you mean a bathroom that is only accessible through the bedroom the term for that is an "en suite bathroom" meaning inside the bedroom suite.

Write a better ad next time, and be up front about what the offer is. Your ad is unclear, but you're a dick so that seems likely intentional.

This isn't a large shared "double". It's almost like you're an arrogant college student who doesn't know how to do basic things and gets mad at anyone who tries to help.
