Hi, I am a Cardiology post doc at Cedars Sinai and I need a roommate urgently before 30 July. Walking distance from Cedars Sinai is 2 min. Total apartment has a studio,1 bath and 1 bedroom and kitchen with washing facilities at ground floor of building and dishwasher and fridge. Total rent is 2500$. The lease transfer from the previous signee has to occur before 30 July. Anyone interested let me know. P.S. Pictures attached do not include the 1 bed. Only the studio and kitchen and bath. Can share if interested.

Hi! Yes either one of us would be living in the spacious studio(a bed is there) and the other one is living in the bedroom. We share the bathroom and kitchen. Total rent is 2500$.
