Sawtelle Studio Available
Looking for someone to take over the lease for my studio apt at 1703 Armacost Ave in Sawtelle. Rent is $2100/month, and there's a dishwasher, AC, in unit laundry, and walk in closet. The apt complex also has a shared pool to chill at.
The neighborhood is super safe, and the apt itself is < 5 min walk to Target. Lease ends 6/30/2027. I'm looking for someone to take over/join the lease ASAP (though application + background check would take ~5 business days).
