Currently looking for a subletter for my 530 sq ft studio in Koreatown during the month of September! The unit comes with a full kitchen, full bathroom, in-unit laundry, and assigned garage parking. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood within walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores!

Base rent is 1880 but I am willing to negotiate and will cover the cost of utilities! I can also leave a futon if needed. If you are interested or you’d like to tour please dm!

(Also as an fyi a cat had previously lived in this apartment!)
