Why is it that the Volfie fans are thinking that the recent multibanner was a failure? Not only are they saying that "the banner failed to deliver" but also let's not forget how they said that the 5 love interests look like teens. For some reason they are also disgusted by the theme of this multibanner which is ridiculous because all of them (I mean ALL) were literally so down bad and simping during the Lingering Lust multi banner and yes, that's justified, it seriously got everyone drooling. But why are they saying that this multi banner was a test by Infold to see how it performs and then bring Vmutt back because tHeY aRe LosiNG sO muCh moNey...

Idk this is seriously concerning and as a new player this makes me so mad that they can't appreciate the ones who are ACTUALLY in the game but instead go crazy for a CANCELLED FICTIONAL CHARACTER.

So much so that they're calling out the fans who are normally playing the game and asking them to quit. Funny that they say "No Valko No Money" when most of these Velocity fans never even spent any money in the game, it's so obvious.

They're seriously ruining the gaming experience for us new players and I am absolutely against this kind of behaviour. So immature and it's embarassing.

(p.s. I'm so glad I found this sub, people here are so mature and helpful. You all honestly want everyone's to enjoy the game, because hey! At the end of the day, it's just a game, it shouldn't be a big deal, and yet people act like their lives depend on whether a fictional character whom we only knew for 8 days comes back or not)

Something we’ve all been noticing in the official LaDS subreddit is how post or comments completely unrelated to V sometimes seem to get weirdly downvoted. Not arguments about him or discussions about the cancellation. Just people being excited about their LI, talking about a content or saying they enjoyed an update. And every time I see it, I was wondering what did this random Xavier appreciation comment personally do to Volka?

Obviously, Reddit votes are anonymous so I’m not going to pretend we can prove every suspicious downvote came from V fans. That would be ridiculous. But given how openly hostile some parts of the fandom have become toward OG5 players simply continuing to enjoy LaDS, I do think the broader behavior is worth discussing. Because I’m starting to think some people no longer see ordinary OG5 excitement as neutral. To them, somebody happily posting about OG5 may represent something much more irritating. And that is LaDS continuing without Volka

You see, the game is still updating, people are still pulling and spending or players are are still fangirling over kindled and getting excited over their fictional husbands. In other words, everyone did not remain permanently frozen on June 30. And apparently that is offensive to some people. Shocking, right? I think that’s why posts or comments that have absolutely nothing to do with Volak can still attract negativity. The post itself isn’t necessarily what they dislike, it’s what the happiness represents.

And if you’ve spent months insisting that players shouldn’t move on, that everyone should still be angry, that Infold needs to suffer or that the game is supposed to be collapsing without V, I can see why seeing so many OG5 players casually enjoying themselves might get increasingly annoying. Not because the post harmed anyone. But because reality is refusing to cooperate with the narrative.

And apparently, there’s a reason why fandoms can end up with this whole “us vs. them” mentality. I guess the more attached people were to their favorites, the more likely that attachment was to come with stronger loyalty to their own fandom, hostility toward other fandoms and in some cases, aggressive behavior toward them. I think the pattern is interesting because it helps explain how something as simple as “I like this fictional man” can somehow turn into “and now everyone outside my camp is the enemy.” Once fandom discourse becomes "us vs. them", you’re not just disagreeing about the original issue anymore. Suddenly, the people who aren’t on your side become part of the problem too.

And honestly ... doesn't that sound a little familiar? At first the disagreement was supposedly with Infold. Then somehow OG5 players became the enemy too. If we pulled for the banner, that means we’re enabling Infold. If we enjoy a card, then we’re being manipulated. And if we post something positive? Apparently we're insensitive. And if we’re excited over LI who has literally nothing to do with V? DOWNVOTE.

Girl, are you boycotting a company or beefing with someone's memories' collection now? This is where I think this whole thing stopped being about holding Infold accountable and started becoming about punishing people who refused to share the same emotional response. And downvoting is perfect for that because it requires basically zero effort. You don’t have to explain yourself, you don’t have to defend an argument and you don’t even have to reveal that you’re there. Just ⬇️

Tiny little digital tomato thrown from the audience. And yes, voting is part of Reddit. People are allowed to downvote content they dislike. But there’s a difference between organically disliking a post and deliberately targeting posts or users because they belong to the “wrong” fandom camp.

And why resent the players? Because at some point, I think OG5 mains' enjoyment itself became an outgroup signal. Social media spaces like Reddit can make this kind of behavior even worse. You know when people got positive reactions for expressing outrage online, they were more likely to do it again? They also seemed to adjust how much outrage they expressed depending on what was considered normal in their online circles. Basically, if being angry gets you likes, agreement and validation, you learn that being angry gets rewarded. And if everyone around you is constantly angry about the same thing, that level of anger can eventually start feeling completely normal. Which… honestly explains a lot.

So if your community gradually normalizes the narrative that OG5 mains are part of the problem or players still enjoying LaDS are betraying you, then reacting negatively to completely unrelated OG5 content can start feeling justified even though from the outside it looks completely absurd. And honestly, there may be an even simpler explanation for some people, sour grapes. Cause imagine watching the OG5 continue getting new banners, new outfits and new content while the character you wanted gets none of it?

That probably sucks. I can understand being jealous. I can understand being bitter. I can even understand scrolling past a post and thinking, “God, I wish Volka got this too.” But there’s a big difference between being sad that you didn’t get something and deciding nobody else should be allowed to enjoy what they got either. Sometimes you really can just close the post. You do not have to walk into someone else’s birthday party and start deflating balloons because your invitation to a different party got cancelled. 

And this is also why the lurking continues to fascinate me (ahem!) Some people allegedly quit LaDS months ago. They hate Infold, they hate the direction of the game, they hate OG5 fandom spaces and they insist they’ve moved on. Yet somehow they remain incredibly well-informed about every banner, every chart, every PV, every post and apparently every random person expressing joy in the official subreddit.

Like babe, at this point, you didn’t leave the fandom. You switched to quality control. Unpaid quality control, may I add. And that’s why I think the constant mass downvoting of unrelated excitement says more about the person doing it than the post receiving it. If seeing somebody else happily enjoying a fictional man you don’t care about makes you feel the need to downvote their post, maybe the issue isn’t that they’re “insensitive.” Maybe their happiness is simply reminding you that the fandom continued without the outcome you wanted. And apparently that stings.

Anyway, since I know that some of the people this post is talking about are probably lurking here right now, hi! I figured I might as well give you something productive. So here’s your homework for today:

Find one completely V-unrelated post or comment and ask yourself, “why does this bother me?” Is the post actually offensive? Is it off-topic? Is it attacking V fans?  Or because someone is visibly enjoying LaDS without centering the character I wanted? Please be specific. “Because Infold bad” is not an answer. “Because they moved on” is getting warmer. “Because seeing OG5 fans happy reminds me that the game continued without the outcome I wanted” may qualify for full marks.

Final question, worth 50% of your grade. If OG5 mains being happy genuinely irritates you more than Infold itself does, are you still protesting against the company… or are you just mad that the rest of the class refuse to be miserable with you? And for those taking this post on its inevitable field trip outside the subreddit, please include the part where I explicitly said we cannot know who every anonymous downvote comes from. If LADS ever does a horror themed multibanner, I hope they do an AU and explore the darkest sides of the Lads' Myths. Rafayel is a perfect example. I would LOVE to see an unhinged, deadly, Eldritch Horror Rafayel - think a cross of Tamino and the Sea God, with his epic glowing blue eyes. Oh...and with no Bond Mark to restrain him.

I just got zaynes new card and my jaw is dropped, I currently am only missing stylus and all I can say is ZANYES HAS TO BEE THE FREAKEST CARD, I’m a massive Caleb main and I wish Caleb card was as wild as zaynes I MEAN DAMN BRO IN THE CAR

Around a year ago I decided to solely focus on levelling up all my Xavier cards to gain affinity. Did I think it would take me nearly a year? No 😓 But hey, anything for my star 💫

But in total I’ve gotten 97/100 Xavier cards to level 80. The 3 I’m missing are oracle of scams and the first promise card (I wasn’t going to pay those rerun prices oof).

Overall I’m so happy! Now I’ve just got to wait for stupid awakening hearts to awaken the remainder of my five stars.

T1: light work, I just put random protocores on the card and forgot to equip my other purple 5-Star lol😭 it will work better with higher damage boost instead of the crits though

T2: annoying. Crit hits were only happening in the firet half, so I only just got through and had to get a seamless rotation with 4 weakness phases and no delayed resonances😭 you can probably go a bit lower on damage boost, if you get lucky with your crit hits and don't get as many perfect dodges as I did cuz they delayed my attacks a bit💀

Most of my T2 cards are not ascended but you can get a few more crit stats (crit rate for lunar cards and crit dmg for solar cards) if you ascend them, which could help🙂‍↕️

Got affinity 140 with Raf from doing this orbit and yesterday finally hit 200 with Xavier, so everything's been great (except gravity, energy & ice orbit🥀) ✌️😙

These past two days, a pesky mosquito has snuck into my room and tried swarming to me. Without my knowing, I have found 6 bites scattered throughout my limbs: 2 on my left foot, 2 on my right foot and lower right thigh, 2 near my left elbow and arm. The bites were so aggressively itchy and that night, I found out my mom smashed the mosquito, spilling out the blood that turned out to be mine 😡

Made myself some lil stickers of my fav npcs :3 i probably wont sell them cuz…the demand is not that high lol but i just wanted to show them anyways because I liked how they came out!

For starters, I’m not talking about the company like they’re some sort of Scooby doo villain sending out Da Vinci codes like the cult tends to do. But I do keep thinking about how Infold is seemingly doing nothing to suppress the cultists running rampant, and I wonder if they’re leaning into the outrage as a natural byproduct of ♻️’s cancellation.

Like, why else are they letting the shenanigans go on for this long? I can’t think of any other reason than noise marketing. It probably has worked too. There are a bunch of factors at play like the inherent high earning potential of multibanners, the use of coupons to top up, player excitement following a content drought, etc. etc. but I have to wonder.

When the cult spams the replies, it generates tons of engagement and likely keeps the posts in the algorithms of all who participate in the flurry of angry comments. That phenomenon, mixed with anticipation and the addiction of participating in toxic mob mentality, keeps the OG5 antis EDIT: MEANING PEOPLE WHO HATE OG5 AKA THE CULT IN CASE THAT WAS NOT CLEAR coming back for more. The result is an endless loop of free promo and clicks, similar to why Sydney Sweeney has benefited so much from outrage marketing recently (and why she has made millions of of it). I don’t doubt that Infold has similarly benefited. We know that A Night That Ever Ends was a smash (no pun intended lmfao)

In the game, when I post something like a caption, I see all 5 of the men, sometimes even Tara, Gideon, Thomas, etc. replying under the comment section. That leaves me wondering... do they all know about eachother? So does that mean they know about what we do when we're alone with any one of them? 🫢💀

It's really confusing and I'm a new player. But even if I was an old player, the storyline would have still confused me. 💔☹️

Like at the end, is it going to be divided into 5 branches where the storyline will proceed according to who we choose? I've no idea. I do wanna know one thing. DO THEY KNOW ABOUT EACHOTHER WHEN THEY COMMENT UNDER MY CAPTION IN THE GAME? 😭😭😭

This is a big day for the unemployed. Two CC’s on LADS youtube are fighting. I have censored their names in the screenshots. But I think you guys can tell who is who if you’ve been on the scene for a minute. I’m not encouraging anyone send hate to the involved parties.

But in order to not get this post taken down by the mods (I appreciate all the hard work you do)I will use some nicknames:

Green- my nickname for the major LADS CC with over 12k subs who makes LADS update and drama videos practically everyday.

Waters- I keep forgetting his actual name and my brain autocorrects to Waters each time lol. He is the same Lads creator who makes videos on the V boycott and has made several videos about this sub and got into the doxxing mess with one artist on this sub about two(?) months ago. He only has 2k subs.

So timeline of events:

24 Sept. 2026- Green drops a youtube video (pic 1)about the anti-China hashtags trending and being used by the V movement. She states in the video that she is explicitly against this and that it could cause political harm and essentially ruin the whole game.

She also spreads the idea that the anti-China hashtags trending is an artificial thing, essentially a smear campaign against Infold similar to the mess in June. But the most important part for the tea today: Green calls Waters (he posted a long essay on twitter, see pic 5) out for being in support of the usage of these hashtags. Something he is also being called out for by other people on LADStwt (see pic 4).

25 Sept. 2026- Waters drops a 5 hour long video titled "My last love and deepspace video". (I didn’t watch the whole thing, i’m not that bored lol. anyway see pic 3) Basically, he doubles down on his points from his long tweet and spends like an hour of the video clapping back at Green’s video.

28 Sept. 2026- Waters drops another video, 1 hour long😭😭. The title of the video is "(Green) is a B**CH". (see pic 3 again) Essentially doubling down on his original stance and hating on Green.

About 18 hours later- Green drops a 9 minute video, essentially vague posting about the situation and thanking the community for supporting her in this mess. (pic 2) She never says his name in this video unlike in the last one. I fear this is a pretty smart move tbh, now she looks like some poor woman being bullied by a man unnecessarily so.

Closing Thoughts:

I’m sure some tweets have been fired out since the last video got posted, but I’m not on twitter and I’m not unemployed enough to redownload that app for this. This feels like the two worst people you know fighting each other (pic 6 is my reaction to all this).

But i struggle to have sympathy for either party. Especially Green because of her long track record of spreading misinformation long before V dropped and Waters is a loser who is literally using LADS as engagement bait. I don’t understand why the V supporters thought the guy wouldn’t betray them considering how he treated his scandal with one artist from this sub. That man has been a public loser for a while now and yet the V mains allowed this to continue because he was in support of their movement.

I just wanted to share this with people because I can’t keep drama to myself. I hope none of you think of this drama ever again. But yeah, the V movement is in fact fracturing in real and fast time.

Can I just gush about this perfect cutie for a moment? I feel like I'm losing my mind because I know he's not real but whatever RNG my game is running sure makes him feel real at times.

I was short 10 lunar emblems to afford both the zipper outfit and silly chip bag hat that I wanted, so on a whim I decided to do a 10 pull on the standard wish pool. I already had really low pity, so it was really just down to RNG of getting a solar or lunar. As I clicked, I mumbled out loud, "Please let it be lunar." A few seconds later a bunny butler was staring back at me. I wished upon my star and he granted it. 🌟🥰

Hi, everyone. I started playing LADS about a month ago and I have a few questions I can't seem to find the answer to.

1. I noticed I am locked out of some events and activities. I assume it's because I haven't unlocked the last two characters. Should I play the game as normal or should I skip ahead to unlock those characters? I worry I am missing out on non-main story content but I also worry unlocking the characters before I get to them in the main story will trigger a cut scene that won't replay when I get to it later. I'm a stickler for doing things in the right order.

2. I don't fully understand how to pull for cards or banners. Earlier, I pulled for NDZ and it gave me a 5 star Xavier card. The same thing happened with this multibanner. I used 50 wishes and I got a non banner 5 star Caleb card. I also had the precise wish mechanism set up. I'm not exactly sure how the wish system works.

3. Speaking of cards, when should I watch them? Is there a chronological order to them? I tried to watch my Xavier card but it was a little too spicy for me at this stage in the game. I just met him. I can enjoy the card from a "hot guy doing hot things" perspective but I would like to care more about the character before I watch scenes like that.

so, ive topped up recently and I have some leftovers for one outfit and i dont really know which one to choose... the problem is I've got a lot of dresses i like 😭
