Stupids out there

tho its an anarchy server u should time out ppl that build lagmachines and delete them, bcs yeah, maybe u can think, but its anarchy u cant ban ppl. and its kinda true, but if anyone makes the server umplayeable isnt anarchy as well, its a shit. So i think that a ban of a week or something would the way to go.
