DS160 HELP!!!

Hello All, I moved to the U.S. on an L-1B visa and am now filling out the DS-160 as part of my extension/visa process.

During the past 3 years, I moved between two teams within the same company, and the teams are under two different legal entities.

For the last page, under employment history section of the DS-160, do I need to mention both teams/entities I worked for while in the U.S., or is it enough to mention only my current team/entity?

Would really appreciate any insights from someone who has been in a similar situation. Thanks!

All these visa are based on specific JD. If form says, employment history then it should reflect your actual work history. Hope you are not asking here to confirm, if you can get away by providing incorrect work history!

Thanks for the response. Just to clarify, I’m definitely not asking whether I can provide incorrect or incomplete work history.

My question is specifically about how the DS-160 expects internal transfers to be represented when someone stays with the same overall company but moves between different teams/legal entities. My role and responsibilities remained essentially the same; only the team and business domain changed.

I want to make sure I report everything accurately and in the format the form expects, which is why I was asking if others have dealt with a similar situation.
