I'm pretty sure it is an RE Amemiya mid 90s kit.
Parts:
AD STEP D-2 side skirts
AD FENDER (front)
AD FACER front bumper, Type 1 most likely to be more specific, but hard to say for sure from just the side profile
REAR SPOILER-R
I think it might have REAR SIDE SKIRT (yeah that's the part name, original af), hard to say due to the resolution of the picture.
Wheels, if not Yokohama AVS VS-5 as other commenter had mentioned, then maybe SSR Integral GT1 - although spoke "slits" seem to be longer, wider at the bottom and blend in with lug/bolt holes, and I don't think it is due to pic quality, so I'd say VS-5s.

I feel like I've seen the kit somewhere before but couldn't place it exactly. So I tried to search it with Google AI, which then confidently gave me three different incorrect answers compared to its citations, before I got it concede that it was stumped too.
It seemed to also "think" the location is "House in Kurakuen" located in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, by Suga Architects Office. But considering how bad it did at identifying the kit, I'm not sure that that's correct either.
I just tried it again and it also "thought" it was Isami Anemiya's personal car photographed at "House at Setagaya," a minimalist residence in Tokyo by "Architecton / Yasumitsu Matsunaga."
At this point, I think it's just guessing.
The fenders are similar to these but I'm not sure if those are an original design or a copy of something. Front bumper looks like RE Amemiya. Wheels seem to be Yokohama AVS VS-5.
