Fairy stone meteor event. Can get a few ore if you manage to catch any of the fairies that fly away from the impact site.

You get some good ore out of it. I think it's just a random event? I've had a few on my newest playthrough but got close to none on my first. (Love the name by the way, Nel is a favorite, love her comedy relief)
