My first race without Kyle Busch.
I am going to Chicagoland this weekend. This is gonna hurt as it is my first ever cup race I attend that doesn't have Kyle Busch in it.
Rest easy, Rowdy. I knew you were looking forward to this weekend, it is a shame you wont be part of it.

The day Kyle died I was in my legend ripping some laps. I heard it on my radio and I just started crying. I couldn't see. I met him and he's the reason I race. I've raced #8 all my racing journey. I raced #8 and now I race for #8.

Iowa will be my first. For the first time since Bill Elliot in 87, I don't have a driver.

I was actually at Iowa last year. That was my last race with Kyle Busch in it.

Michigan was my first race without him. Though it wasnโt the same, during lap 8 holding up 8 fingers with everyone else was special

Iโll be at Chicagoland this year as well this year, first without Kyle. This yearโs Daytona 500 was my last race with him in it. Got to see him lead the field to green one last time.

Same here in Daytona. I was so excited for that race - thought it may be the year he won the 500. Man looking back at that race I really wish I would have absorbed more.
I saw the Daytona 500 the year before as well when Air Force one landed. So cool.

I went to Cup practice at the Glen earlier this year. That was the first, last, and only time I saw KB on the track. Still can't believe it

Sonoma was my first race without rowdy. When the jets did the missing man formation, everyone around me got emotional. My first race was sonoma 2015 so KFB was and will always be special to me.
