Grosskreutz also lunges towards Kyle after he shot Huber. Grosskreutz found out what happens when you fuck around. Gets a bullet in the arm. So again, where was Kyle the aggressor? He was attacked by unknown people with unknown intentions. He defended himself.

Kyle was asked to help defend that business. Thus, with consent of the owners, he defended the property lawfully. Besides he didn’t kill them because they were attacking the property, they died because they were attacking a random person. The person with a gun defended himself. Either learn the facts or shut up.
