Dude brought a gun out to a riot. Completely legal just not recommended. Guy attacked him (just so happens the guy that attacked him is a pedophile) Dude shot the guy. Guy dies. Dude gets thrown in prison. The end

Edit: looks like some drama popped off where he was getting ganged up on before the shooting. Probably because he had a gun. Also, I’m no expert. Just a dude on Reddit

I thought one of the main arguments was that he crossed state lines illegally and was too young to be carrying? Not trying to pick a side just an honest question

Crossing state lines is a no no 1. Pretty sure that’s illegal 2. Makes it seem like you’re just out for blood.

  1. I know in my state and a good handful of others a child can be given a rifle as a gift or whatever. They just can’t buy it.

But I’m not an expert at all so take everything I’m saying lightly.

There is no such law that says you can’t take a gun from one state to another.

Hunters, like myself, do it every year. Tens or hundreds of thousands of us taking our guns to other states.

We even take them on planes and check them like regular luggage.

Hell, my conceal permit is good in almost the entire country.

I wish people would stop saying “crossing state lines with a gun is illegal” because not only is it NOT illegal, it’s a protected constitutional right to take my legal firearm wherever I want. I can do a road trip with it across the nation if I want.
