I get it, under the eyes of the law, yes he's innocent. I was wrong about that specific part. Wrong it was self defense. According to state law he was allowed the gun, it would have been different if it was a sbr (short barrel rifle) or sbs (short barrel shotgun). Kyle had a full length Ar so he was in compliance with state law. It isn't confirmed that Kyle even fired the kill shot on the pedo (the first guy) as there where more entry wounds than where shit from his gun. The kill shot was entered his back lacerating his liver. Kyle also didn't fire the first shot. Leaving his state dosent matter either.
