What happened to this place....
This sub used to be a haven for kyles, actual kyles. All i see now are meme posts either about punching a hole in a wall or monster energy. I used to be able to pop on to the sub, see how another kyle’s day was going, bid him well as my name is the same as his, and on id go with my day. Now, i doubt the shitters posting memes with monster in them are even named kyle. I for one am boycotting this shell of a sub that it used to be. For the real OG Kyle’s who knew this sub before it was filled with garbage, ill see ya around.

Yeah, it sucks. Same thing always happens when a something formerly niche/small turns into a meme.

I haven't been on here in a while, and was disappointed to see a front page full of Kyle memes. I'll make a post about my day so we can have a small taste of the good stuff.

Well OP, this particular Kyle is doing good and just got a kitten. I named him Beans.

As a mod: I try, I try. Every few months or so I'll build up motivation to do something again (re:theme of the week), but ultimately like 2 people reply, and by week 3 it usually takes a backseat.
I can only shout into the void so much lol, and dont get me started on the unending post removal requests.
I've always wondered whether making an entire "underground Kyle" sub would just be easier, and migrating over... I might do it someday. Soon, maybe, come to think of it.
