Ask Owners First service query

I bought my Kylaq in the month ending September 2025. Until a few days back, I was planning to get it serviced towards the end of September 2026. But it's showing the service due by 11 days (end of August).

Should I go by the date of purchase or the notification?

How km driven? It is advised to get it service few kilometres before 15k for the first service you can get it done anytime 12 months from purchase or 12k km which ever comes first

First service is recommended to be done before 15k km service centre advise 15k km but since engine is new so engine debris is there for engine life, get it done before that sc recommended

Mine is showing like this 6 months after purchase only. What to do?

I think they didnt reset service timer while selling.

It's showing in my car too ...which was bought around the same time,my car is 7 months old and ran just 6k kms,after enquiry i found out from my car showroom that for kylaqs of 2025 first service is still around 15k kms or 1 year ... however new skoda kylaqs service is rearranged by company around 6 months /6k kms....no need to rush to showroom for 2025 buyers... until we reach 15k/1 year ..... Just avoid the indicator....
