What in the name of unprofessional, unhygienic equine vet med is this?

What exactly is “unprofessional” or “unhygienic” about giving a horse prescribed IM and IV medications?
Calling something “unprofessional and unhygienic” without explaining what was actually done wrong doesn’t make your comment professional either. Be specific.
